Welcome to The TLC Training Academy

To ensure our employees are set up for success, TLC has developed a training facility to educate and inform current and new cleaners of our equipment and techniques. The TLC Training Academy is a versatile cleaning program that is both classroom and virtual based. This program allows our employees to become comfortable with our equipment, products, and techniques before they are out in the field. Our training facility consists of a variety of rooms ranging from medical to clean rooms that our cleaners may find out in the field.
