Welcome to The TLC Training Academy
To ensure our employees are set up for success, TLC has developed a training facility to educate and inform current and new cleaners of our equipment and techniques. The TLC Training Academy blends virtual training modules with field-based learning, providing a holistic scope of the job responsibilities. Our virtual center features test setups that allow team members to simulate real-life scenarios. Then, they move into three days of field training, cleaning real spaces with the support of experienced teammates.
